The Challenge
With over 400 employees, the CallFarma network serves an average of more than 150,000 customers monthly. The Telemarketing department receives up to 1,000 calls per day, and website traffic grows daily, with about 300,000 views per month. Additionally, considering logistics, we also have a distribution center in Piraquara, SpaceFarma. Our administrative office is attached to the distribution center (DC), and in 2017, the vaccination center was inaugurated alongside the Mercês store.
